Collaboration to carry the future of customer experience and quality
On Airstream’s inaugural globetrot, Wally discovered the power of open communication between customers and builders and its ability to turn small ideas into lasting innovations. This was the start of an Airstream tradition that we’ve been carrying forward ever since -- the Airstream Customer Council (ACC) carries that tradition of continuous improvement forward today. The volunteer ACC guides Airstream in three key areas: dealership experience, service experience, and product quality. ACC members serve a one-year term.
